I soon after received complimentary treatments to return to give them a second chance. Well, i had another experience this time with a esthetician. I had a reaction to the products used and the manager failed to give me information on products used. I had to take time off to see a dermatologist and she suggested i avoid using products used at the spa. Well, since the mgr never gave me the information i will never know what was used.
