I will sometimes just open up the bottle and breathe in the beautiful essential oils that are in it, just to uplift my mood. So soothing! Lavender, Marjoram and Geranium! All very beneficial essential oils for your body. And it’s such a calming combination of scents. Consequently, the combination of lavender and marjoram in a warm bath can be helpful for insomnia. Marjoram has sedative properties and lavender is great for calming and soothing. Lavender is also great for muscular pain and Geranium has wonderful healing properties as well. There are many reasons why I love this Neal’s Yard bath. It’s all about the smell for me but it’s also really great for my skin. After I bathe in this, my skin feels soft and soothed. My body and mind instantly relax when I climb into a warm bath with this Neal’s Yard treasure in the water. Time to relax!

I love spritzing it on my face to refresh my skin during the day. In fact, that’s why I bought a pump atomizer with mine. I knew I would be doing a lot of spritzing. It’s so refreshing. Lavender is very soothing. I could go on about lavender for days. It’s not what I would consider to be a “must have” product, but it would be a lovely addition to your skincare collection. I’m in love with the blue bottles and jars that the Neal’s Yard products come in. So chic! Sometimes I leave them out on display in my bathroom. When in London, I highly suggest visiting Neal’s Yard Remedies in Covent Garden to pick up a few products. The store is lovely, the staff is helpful and the products are wonderful. It’s located in one of my favorite areas in London. I hope you can visit. Until then, luckily, you can find Neal’s Yard in many different places online and in stores.
