    • ]]>     I’m in love with the aroma of the Being True Energy Work products. So uplifting! It smells exactly the same as the Being True Energy Work Aroma Shower Gel, previously reviewed, that I’m crazy about. For a body peel, it’s not too harsh. It’s a wonderful amount of exfoliation and it is gentle enough to use on a daily basis. My skin feels so smooth after I use this peel. Because you’re supposed to use it on dry skin, then rinse off…I make my shower all hot and steamy, then I get in the opposite end of the water and let the steam work it’s magic while I scrub away. The aroma of the peel really fills up the shower, transforming my bathroom into my own private spa, once again. Then, once I’m all scrubbed up, I slowly rinse off the peel and breathe in the rosemary, lavender and spearmint oils. Can’t get enough of that smell…so good!

    Product info: Ingredients include algae, chamomilla and calendula flower extracts that soothe and restore skin. Salicylic microcapsules help to exfoliate and keep skin clear.

    • ]]>     If you want an invigorating shower gel, this is the product for you. It’s my new “must have” shower gel. It has a clean and refreshing spearmint smell that I can’t get enough of - I love it in my morning shower! Honestly, I look forward to it. The aroma actually makes me feel positive and energized. I wake up, I walk the dogs, I have my coffee, then I hop in the shower and I grab this shower gel and lather up like it’s an addiction. It contains some of my absolute favorite essential oils: rosemary, lavender and spearmint. It leaves my skin feeling very soft. If you love the uplifting smell of spearmint, I highly recommend treating yourself to this product. It’s fantastic! And, I must say, my singing voice is much better when I’m using this bottle as my microphone in the shower. La la la la…love this shower gel!
